BASED IN JEFFERSONVILLE

# A local directory for Kentuckiana homes.

Kentuckiana HomePros helps homeowners across Southern Indiana and Louisville compare local business information and contact companies directly. Browsing is free and does not require a homeowner account.

## Who is behind HomePros?

Kentuckiana HomePros was founded by [Roger Choate](https://www.kentuckianahomepros.com/authors/roger-choate/) and is part of [Oettinger Management Group](https://www.oettingermg.com/). The directory is based in Jeffersonville, Indiana.

We organize information about businesses, their listed services and how to contact them. We do not perform the contracting work or guarantee a provider's credentials, availability or results.

## One region, both sides of the river

Our directory covers Jeffersonville, New Albany, Clarksville, Sellersburg, Charlestown, Floyds Knobs, Corydon, Louisville and Georgetown. The directory currently includes 22 service and real-estate categories.

A community label identifies where a business is listed. A company may serve a wider area; confirm your exact address before arranging a visit.

## Where listing information comes from

Profiles can contain business-supplied details, information from official company websites and published business listings. Research panels identify the available sources and the date those sources were checked. A source check is not a license, insurance or workmanship verification.

[Read our listing standards and correction process](https://www.kentuckianahomepros.com/how-it-works/#listing-sources).

## How the directory is supported

Businesses can request a free listing or pay for placement. Sponsored positions are labeled. Payment affects placement; it is not an independent recommendation, credential check or guarantee.

[See placement options](https://www.kentuckianahomepros.com/get-listed/#placement-options).

## Homeowner guides

Our guides explain common maintenance decisions and help homeowners prepare useful questions for local professionals. Read the byline, publication date and sources on each guide. Our [editorial policy](https://www.kentuckianahomepros.com/editorial-policy/) explains the limits of that information and how to report a correction.
